We’re now scaling globally and we’re looking for someone who can help us grow our team, shape our culture, and keep our Kyiv HQ running smoothly.
Your Mission
You will own international market expansion end-to-end:
- Find and validate new global markets (EU, MENA, LATAM, Asia, Africa)
- Analyze local fleet ecosystems, regulations, aggregators, and unit economics
- Test different go-to-market approaches: outbound, partners, pilots, inbound, events
- Launch first deals, close early adopters, and turn pilots into scalable pipelines
- Build playbooks from scratch and then break them when needed
This role sits at the intersection of sales, strategy, and market research.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and prioritize new countries & regions for expansion
- Run market discovery: customer interviews, competitor analysis, pricing tests
- Generate and close B2B deals with fleet owners, operators, and mobility companies
- Experiment with messaging, ICPs, pricing models, and sales channels
- Work closely with product & founders to adapt the product to market realities
- Turn successful experiments into repeatable sales processes
Who You Are
- You think in hypotheses, experiments, and iterations
- You’re comfortable selling in markets where nothing is predefined
- You have experience in B2B SaaS, mobility, logistics, or fleet-related industries
- You’re data-driven but not afraid to trust intuition
- You’re fluent in English (other languages = big plus)
- You don’t wait for instructions, you create direction
