Sales manger

We are launching an iGaming affiliate partner program and are looking for a Sales Manager to attract and launch new partners (buying teams, SEO webmasters).

This role focuses on partner acquisition through inbound leads and proactive outreach, negotiations, and partner launch.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Work with inbound leads from marketing campaigns
  • Proactively source new partners via cold outreach (Email, Telegram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Conduct calls and presentations of affiliate offers
  • Negotiate cooperation terms (CPA, payment terms, GEOs)
  • Launch partners and transfer them to Affiliate Management
  • Maintain and update CRM pipeline
  • Follow up with leads at different funnel stages
  • Analyze personal performance and improve outreach approaches
  • Report results to the Team Lead of Sales
     

KPI & Performance Metrics

  • Number of launched partners per month
  • Lead-to-launch conversion rate
  • Number of qualified leads
  • Outreach activity (contacts, meetings)
  • Average time to close
  • Quality of launches (partner retention after handover)
     

Requirements

Must have

  • 6+ months of experience in sales or business development
  • Experience in affiliate marketing or related digital niches
  • Confident cold outreach skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-driven and result-oriented mindset
     

Nice to have

  • Experience in iGaming / Gambling
  • Existing network of webmasters or buying teams
  • Experience working with multiple GEOs
  • Knowledge of foreign languages
