As our team expands, we’re looking for a Lead Marketing who will take full ownership of growth and scaling initiatives.
What you’ll work with
- Paid acquisition channels (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) + SEO growth
- Building and optimizing marketing funnels from scratch
- Creatives & offers: messaging, value propositions, hypotheses testing
- Landing pages & website CRO (structure, copy, CTA, UX)
- A/B testing: launch → analyze → document → scale
- Analytics & unit metrics: CR, CPA, CAC, ROAS, LTV
- Competitive research: funnels, creatives, positioning
Close collaboration with Product on website improvements and experiments
What we’re looking for
- 2–3+ years of B2B performance marketing experience
- Strong understanding of funnel economics and key metrics
- System thinking + hands-on execution
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making
Ability to build, test, and scale hypotheses fast
