IT Recruiter

HireSix is an international recruitment agency helping tech companies find exceptional talent - engineers, analysts, designers, and leaders. We are growing and looking for someone who wants continue their career in recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing → screening → process coordination → offer;
• Source IT specialists on LinkedIn, GitHub, Djinni, and other platforms;
• Conduct 15–30 min screening interviews;
• Maintain ongoing communication with candidates and ensure smooth follow-ups;
• Work with client requirements and propose suitable profiles;
• Keep data organized in our ATS/CRM.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Recruiter;
• English level - B2 and higher;
• High sense of responsibility and commitment;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Fast learner with strong attention to detail.
