Junior Project Manager

AVELaunch Books creates non-fiction books “done-for-you” for experts, entrepreneurs, coaches, and consultants. We turn real-world expertise into a structured book that strengthens authority, trust, and business growth.

We’re looking for a Junior Project Manager who will ensure predictable delivery: clear plans, strong coordination, transparent status, risk control, and high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain project plans (milestones, deadlines, owners, dependencies).
• Coordinate a production team (writers/editors/design + related roles) and keep delivery on track.
• Run consistent status management: updates, meeting notes, decisions, next steps.
• Identify risks/blockers early; escalate on time with clear solution options.
• Manage client communication: syncs/briefs, expectation management, quality checkpoints.
• Maintain operational discipline: calendars, time zones, links, task hygiene in tools.
• Track stage-based payments within the role and coordinate with finance (reminders/escalations).

Requirements:

• 4-6 +months as a Project Manager / Delivery Manage/Coordinator with end-to-end delivery responsibility.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects in parallel and prioritizing effectively.
• Strong organization, ownership, attention to detail, proactive communication.
• Ukrainian - fluent; English -  B2 (spoken & written).
• Tools: Trello; Google Calendar; Google Sheets; Zoom/Google Meet; Discord; Telegram; AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, tl;dv)

Nice to have:

• Experience in content/media/publishing or service production projects.
