Product manager (iGaming)

Eternity Law International is supporting an international iGaming company in hiring a Product Manager for one of its key digital products.

We are seeking a Product Manager to oversee the entire lifecycle of slot games, from concept and mathematical design to release, certification, and post-launch optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle of slot games from concept to post-launch optimization.
• Define product vision, game concepts, and feature sets.
• Work closely with game designers, math designers, developers, and artists.
• Translate game ideas into clear product requirements, specifications, and roadmaps.
• Manage and prioritize the game backlog.
• Coordinate development timelines and releases.
• Oversee RTP, volatility, hit frequency, bonus mechanics, and overall game balance.
• Collaborate on certification requirements (RGS, RNG, compliance, jurisdictions).
• Analyze game performance metrics (RTP, engagement, retention, win distribution).
• Collect feedback from operators and internal teams to drive improvements.
• Ensure games meet market, business, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner in iGaming, slot development, or casino games.
• Strong understanding of slot mechanics: paylines, reels, symbols, wilds, scatters, free spins, bonuses.
• Ability to work with game math and statistics (RTP, volatility, max win).
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (backend, frontend, art, math).
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• English – upper-intermediate or higher.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with slot simulators and math validation.
• Understanding of RGS architecture and integrations.
• Experience working with certification labs (GLI, BMM, iTech Labs).
• Knowledge of regulated markets (EU, UK, LatAm, etc.).
• Experience launching slot games to operators or aggregators.
