Senior IT Recruiter

We are looking for a Senior IT Recruiter with strong hands-on experience in IT outsourcing / outstaffing, focused on hiring engineering roles. This role requires the ability to operate in a fast-changing environment, quickly adapt to shifting priorities, and work closely with multiple stakeholders across regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for engineering roles (Backend, Frontend, DevOps, Data, QA, Security, etc.)
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring priorities
  • Actively source candidates using LinkedIn and alternative sourcing channels
  • Conduct candidate screenings, coordinate interviews, and manage the hiring process end-to-end
  • Sell job offers, manage candidate expectations, and handle counteroffers
  • Support onboarding processes, including assistance with documentation and candidate adaptation
  • Work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities
  • Maintain and manage recruitment pipelines using ATS systems
  • Collaborate closely with recruitment, HR, and delivery teams
  • Hire for EMEA and North America (NAM) markets

 

Sourcing & Recruitment Approach

  • Strong expertise in LinkedIn sourcing
  • Experience with alternative and creative sourcing methods
  • Ability to tailor sourcing strategies based on role complexity and regional specifics

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior IT Recruiter in IT outsourcing / outstaffing
  • Solid track record of hiring engineering profiles
  • Experience working with ATS systems
  • Experience recruiting for EMEA and North America
  • Upper-Intermediate English level or higher (required)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on execution approach
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs
  • Team player with an open-minded, positive, and stress-resistant attitude
