HR Manager (Integrator)

Role purpose

The Integrator ensures that WebCap Digitals functions as one cohesive system. He protects trust, cooperation, and alignment so that Production (P), Administration (A), and Entrepreneurship (E) can perform without destructive conflict. The Integrator’s success is measured by organizational health.

Requirements

  1. Familiarity with Ichak Adizes’ PAEI framework
  2. Coaching, organizational psychology, or leadership development background.
  3. Familiarity with Agile methodology
  4. High emotional intelligence and neutrality
  5. Ability to influence without formal authority
  6. Deep listening and facilitation skills
  7. Conflict mediation capability
  8. 3+ years of experience in digital / tech environments

Responsibilities

  1. Recruiting
    1. Create Job descriptions
    2. Search and shortlist candidates based on predefined by Departments’ Heads recruiting requests
    3. Participate in one interview focused on values & collaboration
    4. Give a non-binding recommendation
    5. Flag cultural risks
    6. Help onboard and integrate the hire
  2. Organizational Alignment
    1. Align leadership and teams around shared goals and priorities
    2. Surface and resolve misalignments between P, A, and E
    3. Ensure decisions are understood and supported across the organization
  3. Leadership Team Integration
    1. Facilitate executive and management alignment meetings
    2. Identify unresolved tensions or hidden resistance
    3. Help leaders move from individual agendas to collective ownership
  4. Conflict Resolution & Mediation
    1. Act as a neutral mediator in interpersonal and interdepartmental conflicts
    2. Intervene early to prevent escalation
    3. Transform conflict into learning and stronger cooperation
  5. Culture & Values Stewardship
    1. Protect and reinforce WebCap Digitals’ values in daily behavior
    2. Identify cultural risks during growth, outsourcing, or restructuring
    3. Ensure actions match stated principles
  6. Team Cohesion & Psychological Safety
    1. Promote trust, openness, and accountability
    2. Ensure people feel safe to speak up
    3. Reduce politics, blame, and silo behavior
  7. Change & Growth Support
    1. Support teams during organizational changes
    2. Reduce resistance to change through communication and inclusion
    3. Maintain emotional stability during transitions

AUTHORITY & ESCALATION

  • Call alignment conversations
  • Pause decisions due to unresolved conflict
  • Escalate cultural or trust risks to the CEO
  • Require leadership dialogue before execution
