B2B Marketing Manager

You will own and execute the B2B marketing strategy โ€” covering online and offline brand activities, paid advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), and email marketing (newsletters, automations, single sends).

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Event Marketing: Plan and execute offline brand activities at industry events with internal teams and contractors. Oversee stand creation, staffing, media support, and distribution of merchandise and printed materials.
  • Creative Production: Collaborate with content and design teams to produce banners, videos, and other visual materials as needed.
  • Campaign Management: Launch, optimize, and analyze B2B campaigns (always-on and on-demand).
  • Email Marketing: Set up automations, newsletters, and one-off campaigns. Create and maintain email templates and communication flows.
  • Paid Advertising & Media Buying:: Manage, optimize, and analyze paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and display/video networks.
  • Website Management: Develop and optimize landing pages, forms, pop-ups, and banners to improve conversion and lead acquisition.
  • Content Support: Provide briefs and technical assignments for the creation of sales and marketing content (blog posts, case studies, product pages).
  • Reporting: Collect, aggregate, and analyze marketing data. Track KPIs and prepare performance reports.

 

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in iGaming, SaaS, or Fintech.
  • Strong understanding of Inbound vs. Outbound marketing and the B2B sales funnel.
  • Proven ability to launch, optimize, and analyze marketing campaigns from scratch.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, X Ads, and Meta Ads.
  • Experience operating ESPs such as SendGrid, Mailchimp, Lemlist, etc.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager,  Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar.
  • Ability to brief and manage content creation for decks, one-pagers, brochures, case studies, and gated content.
  • Experience managing website and landing page production, including collaboration with design and dev teams.
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress CMS.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience in event marketing, including exhibitions, stand management, and on-site operations.
  • Familiarity with iGaming industry trends and major events.
  • Experience producing webinars, podcasts, or interviews.
  • Media buying experience and understanding of display advertising on external platforms.
  • CRM management experience.
