Lead Generation Manager (Recruitment services)

We are looking for a proactive and independent Lead Generation Manager to join our Recruitment team and help us identify and open new hiring opportunities. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys research, outreach, and turning information into real business opportunities.
Main requirements:
- Research and identify companies with active or upcoming hiring needs (IT-focused);
- Build and maintain lead lists based on defined target profiles;
- Monitor job boards, LinkedIn, company websites, and other sources for hiring signals;
- Qualify leads and pass relevant opportunities to the business development / management;
- Keep lead data organized and up to date in internal trackers or CRM;
- Track outreach results and continuously improve lead quality.
Responsibilities:
- Proven experience of 3+ years in lead generation for IT service companies (recruiting field will be a great advantage);
- Good understanding of IT roles and hiring processes;
- Confidence working with LinkedIn, job boards, and online research tools;
- Structured, detail-oriented, and results-focused mindset;
- High level of independence, proactivity and willingness to experiment;
- Ability to create sequences for different campaigns / ICPs;
- At least Upper-Intermediate English level for written communication.
