Senior People Partner
PIN-UP Global is an international holding specializing in the development and implementation of advanced technologies, B2B solutions and innovative products. We provide certification and licensing of our products, providing customers and partners of the holding with high-quality and reliable solutions.
We are looking for a Senior People Partner to join our team in our amazing office in Warsaw or Yerevan!
This role is for an experienced professional who can build strong partnerships with teams, implement modern HR practices, drive process automation, and contribute to employer branding initiatives.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner (HRBP);
- Strong business-oriented mindset;
- Solid understanding of all HR processes;
- High level of communication skills;
- Strong critical thinking skills;
- Well-developed emotional intelligence;
- Ability to be an effective team player;
- Experience and understanding of how to work with management;
- English: Intermediate (B1) or higher;
Ukrainian/Russian: Proficient (ะก2).
Responsibilities:
- Support in implementing HR processes and changes: Ensure high-quality implementation of new HR processes and changes, provide consultation to employees and managers, and minimize resistance to change.
- Employee turnover management: Analyze reasons for employee turnover, develop and implement retention programs, and enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.
- Onboarding of new employees: Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires at all stages, continuously improve the onboarding process based on feedback and results.
- Employee development: Identify development areas, analyze performance results, provide feedback, support career growth, and create individual development plans.
- Feedback and communication: Conduct regular one-to-one meetings with employees, collect feedback to identify issues and improve work processes, provide guidance on career growth.
- HR process administration: Timely execution of operational HR tasks (onboarding, transfers, offboarding), maintain HR analytics and reporting (monthly).
- Manager consulting: Provide consultations and recommendations to managers on team management and development, assist in resolving HR issues, and support improvements in team efficiency.
