Digital Marketing Specialist — Startups and Apps

We’re seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and work on unique projects and startups!

 

Requirements:

  1. 3+ years of experience in growth, digital, or marketing roles within tech companies, startups, or mobile app environments.
  2. Experience working in early-stage startups and fast-changing, dynamic environments.
  3. Ability to launch, manage, and optimize ad campaigns end-to-end, including A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and messaging.
  4. Ability to conduct market and audience research, define positioning and growth strategies, and apply SEO best practices to drive organic performance.
  5. Working experience with performance marketing (Google ads, Meta ads,  other platforms).
  6. Experience creating and shaping marketing content, including ad copy and product messaging and developing content for social media, websites, landing pages, and app store listings.
  7. Familiarity with ASO (App Store Optimization) is a plus
  8. Advanced level of written and spoken English.
  9. Availability to work in the EST time zone with partial flexible overlap.

 

What you’ll do:

Mobile App Marketing (Primary Focus)

  • Plan and execute user acquisition strategies for iOS and Android apps to drive scalable app growth.
  • Manage app install campaigns, conversion optimization, and retention initiatives across the full funnel: install → activation → engagement → monetization.
  • Optimize app performance through data-driven insights and rapid experimentation in an early-stage startup environment.

Performance Marketing:

  • Work with paid advertising platforms: Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Instagram, Facebook); experience with TikTok or LinkedIn Ads is a plus.
  • Launch, manage, and optimize ad campaigns end-to-end.
  • Perform A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and messaging.
  • Manage budgets and performance optimization (based on CPA, ROAS, CAC, and LTV targets).
  • Drive data-driven decision-making based on campaign performance and insights.

Content & Creative:

  • Create and shape marketing messages, ad creatives, and content concepts.
  • Write ad copy and product messaging tailored to different audiences.
    Collaborate with designers, video editors, and product teams.
  • Contribute to content development for social media, landing pages, websites, and app store listings.

SEO, Strategy & Research:

  • Conduct market, competitor, and audience research to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for startups and new products.
  • Apply SEO fundamentals, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content structure.
  • Define positioning, value propositions, and growth hypotheses.
  • Support long-term organic growth alongside paid acquisition channels.
