Middle Project Manager

Phenomenon Studio is a full-cycle design and development company founded in 2019. We are expanding our team and looking for a Project Manager to support new upcoming projects. You will lead delivery from brief to launch, ensuring alignment, clarity, and on-time execution across teams.

PMO Team: PM Lead, 6 PMs

Project Load: Up to 5 concurrent projects, typically 3–6 months in duration

Teams: In-house teams, usually around 5 people per project

Requirements:

• 3+ years of commercial Project Management experience working with design and development teams
• Understanding of web apps and mobile design and development processes
• Proven experience in successful project delivery, meeting scope, budget, timeline, and quality expectations
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and project management methodologies
• Proven experience in preparing project documentation, including roadmaps, milestones, timelines, and project reports
• Effective communication skills when working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong time management, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Advanced English, both spoken and written (B2+ minimum)

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate web and mobile app design and development projects from brief to launch
• Prepare project timelines and roadmaps to ensure successful delivery
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and deliverables for each project or iteration
• Monitor task completion, team workload, and project progress while proactively removing roadblocks
• Maintain clear and up-to-date project documentation
• Manage expectations both internally and externally
• Identify and resolve issues that arise during project execution
• Ensure team alignment around shared goals and priorities
