Technical Program Manager / Product Operations Lead

Mission: Own day-to-day execution across product, engineering, integrations, and customers. Convert direction into clear requirements and drive delivery end-to-end so the CTO is not in the weeds.

 

Responsibilities

  • Own backlog, sprint planning, grooming, and delivery tracking.
  • Turn direction into PRDs, technical specs, and Jira/Linear tickets.
  • Coordinate integrations (CRMs, APIs, webhooks, data syncs).
  • Manage SOW execution, timelines, risks, and customer communication.
  • Drive release readiness, QA coordination, and go-live checklists.
  • Maintain product, integration, and decision documentation.

 

Required Experience

  • 4+ years in SaaS delivery, technical program management, or product ops.
  • Solid understanding of APIs, data models, auth, and cloud-based systems.
  • Proven cross-functional execution with engineers, QA, sales, and customers.
  • Strong prioritization, follow-through, and unblocker mindset.

Nice to Have

  • CRM / integration-heavy platforms.
  • Startup or scale-up experience.
  • Technical background (engineering, solutions, systems).

 

Working Model

  • Remote.
  • Full-time or long-term contract.
  • High autonomy, minimal oversight, outcome-driven.
