Project Manager to $2500

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a professional team working on large-scale technical projects within a leading telecommunications company. The role involves managing cross-functional technical teams, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring successful project delivery across all stages of the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, understands IT infrastructure components, and is comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of proven experience in Project Management;
• Higher technical education;
• Strong communication and coordination skills;
• Proactive mindset and ability to take ownership;
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC);
• Experience managing cross-functional technical teams (10+ members);
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure components, including:
  • Active Directory (AD);
  • Single Sign-On (SSO);
  • Environments and access management;
  • Virtual Machines (VM), Operating Systems (OS), Databases (DB);
• Experience working with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Excel or similar);

• English level: Intermediate or higher.

   

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects throughout the full lifecycle, from initiation to delivery;
• Coordinate cross-functional technical teams and ensure effective collaboration;
• Plan timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals;
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively manage issues and dependencies;
• Ensure transparent and timely communication with all stakeholders;
• Support continuous improvement of project processes and workflows;

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with the expected quality.
