Lead Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong leadership skills, ready to take full delivery responsibility and ownership of team development. If you have deep expertise in eCommerce projects, know Jira inside out, and want to influence both operations and strategy — we’d love to meet you.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT, including 1+ year in a leadership role (Lead / Head of PM / Delivery Manager)
• Proven track record of managing multiple parallel projects for international clients (successfully released)
• Solid understanding of eCommerce platforms: Magento, Shopify, WordPress, Shopware, Opencart
• Hands-on experience with Jira/Confluence/Trello
• Advanced Jira skills: workflows, automation, dashboards, reporting, integrations
• Experience managing both T&M and fixed-cost projects (estimation, budgeting, risk management)
• Ability to analyze key metrics: billable hours, bench, GPM, NPS, LTV, losses
• Experience building/optimizing processes and creating KPIs for PM teams
• Confident English communication (written and spoken)

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams (PMs, QA, Developers, Designers, SEO)
• Take full delivery responsibility: planning, execution, quality control, and timely delivery of projects
• Configure and optimize Jira: workflows, automation, reporting
• Manage key projects and resolve complex client cases
• Monitor project and department KPIs regularly
• Collaborate with Sales on pre-sales: proposals, estimates, presentations
• Build and maintain a project management knowledge base
• Ensure transparent communication between development teams, clients, and stakeholders
• Handle hiring, onboarding/offboarding, motivation, PDPs, and performance reviews

  ContextCurrently, the company has an unpaid bench (including PMs). With new projects coming in, the bench is expected to decrease significantly. We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Project Manager (Middle—Middle+) to support the delivery of eCommerce web development projects across different platforms (Shopify, Adobe Commerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, BigCommerce, and others).
