Key Responsibilities

• Being a team player
• Implement new functionality and refactor existing codebase
• Continuously improve unit test coverage and overall quality of codebase
• Participate in brainstorming sessions with team about feature and process improvements
• Participate in root cause analysis and work closely with BA, QA and other Devs to resolve identified defects

• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices related to software development

   

Requirements

• 2+ years experience with Node.js (NestJS, Express, GraphQL)
• 2+ years experience with React.js (Apollo)
• Strong TypeScript skills
• Knowledge and understanding of ES6+, Vite/Webpack, ESLint
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL
• Experience using TypeORM
• CI/CD pipeline configuring experience
• Git and code review skills
• Ukrainian: Proficient (must have)
• English: intermediate+ (both speaking and writing)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to debug complex issues and provide effective solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and BA, to understand software requirements and develop comprehensive solutions
• Knowledge of TDD, BDD

Nice to Have

• Experience working with WebSockets/Socket.io
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering
