NestJS / React / PostgreSQL / AWS / GraphQL / Playwright

Key Responsibilities

• Being a team player
• Implement new functionality. refactor and fix existing codebase
• Continuously contribute to unit, e2e test coverage and overall quality of codebase
• Peer review of newly introduced changes
• Participate in brainstorming sessions with team about feature and process improvements
• Participate in iteration planning, tickets evaluation and estimation process
• Participate in root cause analysis and work closely with BA, QA and other Developers to resolve defects identified

• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices related to software development

   

Requirements

• Ukrainian: Proficient (must have)
• English: intermediate+ (both speaking and writing)
• Experience in SaaS platforms development
• 2+ years experience with Node.js (NestJS, Express, GraphQL)
• 2+ years experience with React.js (Apollo)
• Strong TypeScript skills
• Knowledge and understanding of ES6+, Vite/Webpack, ESLint
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL
• Experience using TypeORM
• CI/CD pipeline configuring experience (Github actions)
• Strong GIT and code review skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to debug complex issues and provide effective solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and BA, to understand software requirements and develop comprehensive solutions

Nice to Have

• Experience working with WebSockets/Socket.io, Grafana, AWS (S3, EC2, RDS, Glacier), CloudFlare
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering
• Previous experience working with HRM platforms
• Hands-on applying of co-pilots (Claude Code, Codex or other)
• Experience building agentic/generative AI solutions
• Knowledge of TDD, BDD
