Power BI Consultant

We’re looking for an experienced Power BI Consultant to join our team.  This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable working independently, takes ownership of analytics solutions, and cares about data quality and usability.
 

What You’ll Do

• Build, optimize, and maintain data models using Power BI
• Design and develop dashboards and reports that translate data into clear insights
• Work with data coming from CRM systems and business applications
• Ensure data accuracy, performance, and scalability of reporting solutions
• Collaborate with product, data, and business stakeholders to align analytics with real needs
• Continuously improve existing reports and data models
  What We’re Looking For
• 4+ years of professional experience 
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI
• Solid understanding of data modeling concepts and best practices
• Experience working with CRM systems and business data
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks end-to-end
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Good English communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience working with healthcare or regulated data environments
• Familiarity with SQL and data transformations
• Experience in remote or distributed teams
• Understanding of data governance and reporting standards
