Middle Manual QA (API/MongoDB)

Our Customer:

Our client is a fast-growing technology company with a global R&D and QA presence, including teams in Poland and Ukraine. They develop complex software products for international markets and value quality, collaboration, and innovation across all teams.

Your tasks:

• Ensure high-quality delivery of complex software products by performing thorough manual testing across frontend, backend, and APIs;
• Collaborate closely with Product and R&D teams during requirements definition to identify risks, gaps, and edge cases early;
• Analyze system behavior, business logic, and data flows to detect defects and inconsistencies;
• Execute API testing and validate integrations between services and system components;
• Verify data integrity and consistency using MongoDB and other NoSQL databases;
• Identify, document, and help troubleshoot functional, integration, and performance-related issues to ensure system stability;
• Work with customer support and engineering teams to investigate and resolve production issues.

Required Experience and Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in manual QA for web-based or enterprise applications;
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate feedback, understand complex systems, and draw actionable conclusions;
• Solid understanding of how product requirements translate into system functionality;
• Hands-on experience with API testing and system architecture concepts;
• Experience working with MongoDB and NoSQL databases for data validation and issue investigation;
• Ability to perform both frontend and backend testing, including administrative interfaces;
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a service-oriented approach;
• Good English communication skills (spoken and written) for collaboration with distributed teams;
• Patience and adaptability when working with complex or evolving requirements.

Would be a Plus:

• Experience in e-commerce projects.
