Middle/Senior Recruiter
HireSix is an international recruitment agency helping tech companies find exceptional talent - engineers, analysts, designers, and leaders. We are growing and looking for someone who wants to start or continue their career in recruitment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing → screening → process coordination→ offer;
- Source IT specialists on LinkedIn, GitHub, Djinni, and other platforms;
- Conduct 15–30 min screening interviews;
- Maintain ongoing communication with candidates and ensure smooth follow-ups;
- Work with client requirements and propose suitable profiles
- Keep data organized in our ATS/CRM.
Requirements
- 2+ years as a Middle/Senior Recruiter;
- English level — B2 and higher;
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in IT recruitment;
- High sense of responsibility and commitment;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Fast learner with strong attention to detail.
