The Role:

  • We’re looking for a Founding GTM Lead to help build and scale EVE’s go-to-market motion, with a strong focus on acquisition, distribution, and growth experiments.
  • This is an inbound-led, PLG-aligned GTM role. You’ll focus on how users discover EVE, understand its value, start using it, and convert — working closely with founders, Product, and Product Marketing.
  • Your impact comes from acquisition strategy, GTM experiments, lifecycle communication outside the product, partnerships, and distribution.
  • This is a hands-on founding role, but not a one-person army. We value focus, prioritization, and fast learning over doing everything at once.
     

What You’ll Do

  • Drive inbound acquisition and early conversion through repeatable, PLG-aligned GTM motions
  • Work closely with Product and Product Marketing to use PQLs, activation signals, and aha moments in GTM messaging, campaigns, and acquisition strategy (without owning in-product flows)
  • Design and run weekly growth experiments across inbound acquisition, product messaging, lifecycle communication, and organic demand generation
  • Identify and scale underpriced and unconventional acquisition channels, testing quickly and doubling down on what works
  • Build partnerships with complementary tools serving the same SMB audience
  • Experiment with referral and lightweight viral loops (e.g. “Sent by EVE”, sharing or collaboration signals)
  • Engage SMB communities (Slack, Reddit, niche groups) with value-first content and conversations 
     

Messaging, Lifecycle & Distribution

  • Define and evolve email and LinkedIn outreach as scalable GTM channels, including messaging direction, testing approach, and success metrics
  • Set up and continuously improve lifecycle communication (emails, landing pages, supporting messaging) in collaboration with Product and Product Marketing
  • Translate product insights and customer behavior into clear, relatable narratives used consistently across GTM channels
  • Contribute to founder-led content and help build a repeatable founder-led distribution system, not one-off posts
     

What You Bring
Must-haves

  • 5+ years in GTM, inbound growth, or demand generation roles at SaaS companies
  • Strong experience with acquisition and distribution (content, organic, email, LinkedIn, partnerships)
  • Experience running growth experiments outside the product
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Comfortable owning strategy and execution end-to-end
  • Experience working closely with founders in early-stage environments
  • A hands-on mindset — you like building, testing, and learning fast
  • Nice-to-have
  • Experience with SMB or non-technical audiences
  • AI, productivity, workflow, or automation tools
  • Founder-led or community-driven growth experience
