Our client is an American transportation company that works by Western standards and grows its managers internally. We’re looking for a Recruiter to help hire truck drivers across the USA and become part of a fast-growing international team.
What you’ll do:
- Recruit truck drivers for the US market (full-cycle).
- Communicate with candidates via calls, emails, messengers.
- Conduct interviews and explain industry rules clearly.
- Collect and verify documents.
- Update and maintain CRM.
- Handle questions and resolve candidate issues.
We’re a good match if you:
- Have English B2+ (spoken English is important).
- Like communication, negotiations, and working with people.
- Want to grow in recruitment or international business.
- Can manage time and multitask.
Have experience in customer support / sales / recruiting (nice to have, not required).

- Working schedule: 15 PM- 1 AM, Monday–Friday.
- 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM — office
- 10:00 PM – 1:00 AM — remote
