Ми успішно випустили v1, підтвердивши нашу основну AI-пайплайн-архітектуру. Зараз ми розширюємо продукт до “scanner-grade” PDF-досвіду, що поєднує глибоке AI-розуміння з надійним редагуванням документів.

We’re hiring a Product Manager/Owner who can turn a strong product vision into consistent shipping.
 

This is a high-velocity execution role: you’ll translate high-level goals into crisp specs, coordinate delivery across engineering, and ensure we ship the right things on time.
 

You’ll work closely with the founding team, engineers and designers to keep the roadmap focused, the backlog sharp, and releases predictable.
 

You will be building an iOS + web platform for AI document understanding (OCR, summary, chat) and manipulation (editing & productivity).
 

If you enjoy building lightweight process, unblocking teams, and getting features into users’ hands quickly, you will fit here.


 

Key Responsibilities

  • Turn goals into specs: write clear PRDs/specs with edge cases, UX states, and acceptance criteria so engineering can build without guessing.
  • Own delivery cadence: sprint rhythm, backlog grooming, release planning, and cross-functional coordination (engineering + design).
  • Make shipping predictable: lightweight workflows (Jira), release checklists, and crisp definition-of-done.
  • Prioritize ruthlessly: keep focus on the highest-impact work; protect the team from churn and scope creep.
  • Close the loop: define success metrics, gather user feedback, and iterate based on real usage (not opinions).

 

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in startups where "process" was something you had to build, not just follow.
    High Execution. You care more about shipping value over "being right" or perfect narratives.
  • Process Architect. You’ve implemented delivery workflows that teams actually follow.
  • Data-Savvy. You rely on data to validate hypotheses. You are comfortable digging into dashboards (we use PostHog) to answer your own questions without needing a data analyst.
  • Technical Fluency. Comfortable discussing APIs, latency, trade-offs, and constraints with engineers.
  • Direct communicator. You surface risks early and manage expectations transparently.

 

Nice to Have Experience With

  • Consumer Mobile Apps (iOS subscription mechanics).
  • Productivity Tools (PDF, Notes, Editors).
  • AI-enabled products.
