At Solidgate, product quality is not defined only by features shipped β itβs defined by how clearly customers understand our product, how confidently they use it, and how well it fits into their real-world workflows.
As we scale, UX and Product Experience direction becomes a strategic function, not just a design layer.
Weβre introducing this role to ensure that customer insight, product design, and user experience are deeply embedded into how product decisions are made β not added after delivery.
This role is about shaping how customers experience Solidgate end-to-end β from first demo to daily usage and long-term value.
What You Will Own
β Product UX & Product Experience strategy across Solidgate products
β Design as a system, not a service: principles, standards, rituals, and scalable practices
β Customer insight & feedback loop: turning customer signals into clear UX and product improvements
β UX involvement in sales demos, custom solutions, and merchant-facing initiatives, ensuring product clarity and consistency
β Experience-driven roll-out of new features: how customers discover, understand, and adopt new capabilities
β Close collaboration with Product Managers to embed UX thinking into discovery, prioritization, and decision-making
β Leadership of the Product Design function as a strategic partner to Product and Engineering
β Shaping how Solidgate balances usability, complexity, and scale in a fintech environment

Our Ideal Candidate
β Proven experience in Product UX, Product Design Leadership, or Product Experience roles
β Strong product mindset with deep customer obsession
β Experience working closely with Product Managers on discovery and prioritization
β Ability to translate complex customer workflows into clear, usable product experiences
β Experience building or scaling design systems, UX standards, and design processes
β Confidence operating in ambiguity and shaping a function as the company scales
