WordPress Developer (Project-based)

We are looking for a WordPress Developer to work on a project-based basis.

This is a flexible collaboration format — you can join projects when you have availability and interest.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain websites on WordPress (marketing sites, corporate websites, landing pages).
• Build pages based on Figma designs and ensure responsive implementation.
• Customize themes and layouts (child themes, template edits) and support content structure.
• Work with common plugins (forms, SEO, performance, multilingual, analytics) and configure integrations.
• Optimize performance (image optimization, caching basics) and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
• Fix bugs, support improvements, and maintain website stability and security basics.

• Collaborate closely with designers, project managers, and developers.

   

What is important to us:

• At least 2+ years of experience in WordPress development.
• Up-to-date portfolio (WordPress projects: websites you built/maintained).
• Confident knowledge of PHP, HTML/CSS, and basic JavaScript for theme customization.
• Experience with page builders
• Understanding of performance, security, and WordPress best practices.
• Detail-oriented mindset and ability to follow design systems and typography/layout rules.
• Intermediate English level or higher.

Will be a big plus: experience working with both WordPress and Webflow.
