We are looking for an experienced Outreach Manager / Link Builder who doesn’t just execute tasks, but owns results. This role is critical to our SEO delivery and client growth.

Backlinks remain one of the strongest ranking signals - but only when they are relevant, authoritative, and built at scale with intention.
In this role, you will:
work with large volumes of outreach and placements,
make decisions that directly impact SEO performance,
and take responsibility for link quality, delivery, and outcomes.
We are specifically looking for someone more experienced than a junior or task-based executor - a professional who understands responsibility, pressure, and real-world SEO challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Research and source high-quality donor websites across multiple GEOs
Manage outreach campaigns at scale (dozens/hundreds of placements)
Build and maintain a structured Google Sheets database of donors and results
Analyze backlink profiles using Ahrefs and other SEO tools
Publish, track, and monitor outreach articles over time
Communicate and negotiate with webmasters and editors
Collaborate with the SEO team to align outreach with broader strategy
Take ownership of delivery, quality, and performance of link-building efforts
What We’re Looking For
Strong middle or senior-level experience in outreach link building
Minimum 1+ year of hands-on outreach experience
Proven experience working with large volumes of donors and placements
Ability to clearly explain past achievements and responsibilities
Experience not limited to “just product work” — broader SEO or campaign exposure is a plus
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment
Ownership mindset: focused on outcomes, not just tasks
Required Skills & Qualifications
English proficiency B2 or higher (may be verified with a short test)
Strong knowledge of Google Sheets (formulas, structure, data accuracy)
Confident hands-on experience with Ahrefs
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
Nice to Have
Experience with multi-GEO or international link-building campaigns
Familiarity with additional SEO tools (SEMrush, GSC, Screaming Frog, etc.)
Understanding of how link building fits into the full SEO/marketing funnel
