We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead in Lviv to drive the development of web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership skills to guide our development team and deliver high-quality software solutions.

Cloud & DevOps:

• Strong expertise in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• CI/CD pipelines and best practices

AI & Machine Learning:

• Experience integrating AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
• Understanding of prompt engineering and AI-assisted development
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their practical applications

Leadership & Communication:

• Team mentorship and guidance
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency (spoken and written)

Responsibilities

• Drive full-stack web and mobile application development
• Architect and manage cloud infrastructure and deployments
• Lead, mentor, and support junior and mid-level developers
• Establish and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements
• Ensure code quality through reviews and best practices

Qualifications

• Proficiency in the key skills listed above
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Proven leadership experience in software development
• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with multiple cloud platforms
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Published mobile applications on App Store or Google Play
