Position: ASO Specialist (iGaming / Affiliate / UA)

About the Company and Our Infrastructure
Our client operates in iGaming and has built a unique system where an ASO specialist can focus entirely on their core competencies, while all supporting processes are handled for them. For each team member, a service chat is created where they quickly get:

  • Internal app development that “lives” and delivers results;
  • GP accounts and an environment for efficient work;
  • Assistants and software to automate routine tasks;
  • Tools for work and support in using them;
  • Access to offers from the working pool or any requested ones;
  • Designers for creating creatives and implementing ideas;
  • Financial support;
  • Consultations and guidance from experienced colleagues.

Candidate Conditions
First 6 months: 50% of net profit — straightforward, no additional conditions.
From the 7th month onward:

  • 30% — base conditions;
  • 40% — if profit is $20k–$30k;
  • 50% — if profit exceeds $30k.

Growth opportunity to a team lead, who receives 10% of their buyers’ profit.

Our client does not pay a salary; instead, we offer a unique share of the profit, which for skilled specialists often exceeds the potential of any market salary.

Professional Skills

  • Creative Development: generating ideas and hypotheses, preparing briefs for designers, or creating creatives independently; understanding current AI tools (image/video generation, lip-sync, deepfake).
  • Basic Technical Knowledge: trackers, auto-uploads, parameters, payment models.
  • Analytics: identifying cause-and-effect relationships, making quick conclusions, and implementing changes in ad campaigns.
