Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and act as a trusted hiring partner β from understanding recruitment needs to successfully closing open roles.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in IT or product recruitment;
- experience in independent management and filling vacancies of varying complexity;
- experience working with ATS systems and other similar tools, such as Asana, Notion, and Google Sheets etc;
- confident communication skills, ability to handle objections;
- english proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Nice to Have:
- experience in the iGaming niche;
- experience with Workable ATS;
- experience in direct search and hiring for complex leadership roles, including - Head, Lead, and C-level positions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. End-to-End Recruitment
- manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to candidate onboarding touchpoint;
- Independently close middle, senior, and lead-level roles;
2. Hiring Manager Partnership
- conduct high-quality intake meetings to align on expectations, priorities, and risks;
- actively manage hiring manager expectations and challenge requirements when needed;
- provide regular, data-driven updates on hiring progress.
3. Candidate Assessment
- conduct HR interviews focused on soft skills, motivation, and cultural alignment;
- partner with hiring managers to define and refine evaluation criteria;
- confidently make hiring recommendations and push back when risks are identified.
4. Analytics
- maintain accurate data and pipeline stages in the ATS;
- track and analyze key recruitment metrics (Time to Hire, Quality of Hire etc).
