We are looking for a professional for the role that requires:
- Full-time job;
- Office-based in Kyiv.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the game development outsourcing market.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and industry trends.
- Present company services to prospective clients through calls, meetings, and events.
- Manage the full sales cycle - from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals and ensure successful project delivery.
- Represent the company at gaming conferences, exhibitions, and online communities.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in business development or sales specifically within the game development industry.
- Excellent written and spoken English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of generating new business opportunities and closing deals.
- Understanding of the gaming industry, production pipelines, and outsourcing models.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
