Business Developer

24PLAY is a product company from Ukraine that has been developing and publishing mobile games since 2019. We are a team of professionals who have launched dozens of popular games and gained over 100 million satisfied players worldwide. Our games include Zombiepunk, Bliezkrieg Assault, Street Dude, and more.

We are looking for a professional for the role that requires:

  • Full-time job;
  • Office-based in Kyiv.

     

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the game development outsourcing market.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and industry trends.
  • Present company services to prospective clients through calls, meetings, and events.
  • Manage the full sales cycle - from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Represent the company at gaming conferences, exhibitions, and online communities.

 

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in business development or sales specifically within the game development industry.
  • Excellent written and spoken English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of generating new business opportunities and closing deals.
  • Understanding of the gaming industry, production pipelines, and outsourcing models.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
