Role overview
You’ll own conversion rate optimization across our core platform funnels, from registration to early user activation. This role exists to remove friction, improve data quality, and turn more visitors into active, high-quality users. Your work directly impacts revenue efficiency and how fast users get value from the product.

 

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Analyze registration, onboarding, and activation funnels to identify drop-offs and friction points
  • Develop, prioritize, and validate CRO hypotheses focused on platform UX and user behavior
  • Plan, launch, and evaluate A/B tests across forms, flows, and key platform steps
  • Optimize sign-up and account creation journeys to improve completion and activation rates
  • Collaborate closely with product, design, engineering, and analytics teams to ship improvements
  • Monitor core conversion and activation metrics on a daily and weekly basis
  • Document experiments, results, and learnings to build a repeatable CRO process

 

✅ What Makes You a Strong Fit:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in CRO, funnel optimization, or product growth
  • Proven experience optimizing registration, onboarding, or multi-step user flows
  • Strong ability to work with behavioral data - funnels, events, heatmaps, session recordings
  • Clear, structured, data-driven approach to hypothesis creation and testing
  • Solid understanding of UX fundamentals and how to reduce user friction
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams
  • English at a level where you can work daily with documentation, dashboards, and async communication

➕ Bonus if you have:

  • Experience with GA4 or similar product analytics tools
  • Background in SaaS, marketplaces, or lead-generation platforms
  • Experience aligning CRO efforts with paid traffic or acquisition teams
  • Habit of building dashboards and clear reporting for stakeholders
