Creative Marketing Manager

We are looking for a proactive Creative Marketing Specialist who can't imagine his life without daily creativity and is ready to offer new solutions for advertising our product in the education category. You will interact most closely with the marketing manager but also with creative and product teams.

Responsibilities:
- Research and generate ideas for ads;
- Monitor the ads of the market/competitors, follow trends, find new formats;
- Set tasks for the team of designers and monitor their implementation;
- Analyse the effectiveness of creatives according to the metrics of ad accounts;

- Build processes with hypothesis validation and scaling of successful ads.

Requirements: 
- 1+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably with Tier1 markets;
- Creativity, self-organization, and ability to generate bold ideas;
- Copywriting skills and knowing how to transform ideas into catchy headlines;
- Understanding of digital marketing and knowing how to derive insights from data and apply them effectively;
- Successful track record in creating creative assets.
