Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Collaborate closely with team members on feature planning and implementation
• Learn and apply AI-assisted development workflows to boost productivity
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team best practices
• Troubleshoot and debug applications
• Continuously improve your skills through real-world client projects

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of commercial experience at a company (not freelance)
• Solid foundation in web development (front-end, back-end, or full-stack)
• Experience with version control systems, primarily Git
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent spoken and written English is a must (working with clients in Israel and the U.S.)
• Hardworking, proactive, and hungry to learn
• Genuine enthusiasm for working with AI tools and new technologies
• Ability to work independently and manage your own tasks
• Self-discipline and responsibility – essential for remote work success

Nice to Have

• Experience with any modern front-end or back-end framework
• Familiarity with databases (SQL or NoSQL)
• Basic understanding of RESTful APIs
• Any exposure to AI tools such as ChatGPT, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Claude – even in personal projects

Work Setup
