BI Analyst / Data Analyst

We are looking for a BI Analyst to collect, transform, and visualize business data, supporting both operational and strategic decisions across the company.

You will build dashboards and automated reports, ensure data accuracy, and deliver actionable insights for teams such as Finance, Payments, Operations, and Product.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical thinking, solid SQL skills, and hands-on experience with BI tools.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a BI / Data Analyst (fintech, payments, e-commerce, or related domains)
• Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, Grafana, or Metabase
• Strong SQL (complex queries, joins, optimization, analytical functions)
• Understanding of OLTP / OLAP data models
• Experience with reporting automation and ETL concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to data accuracy and consistency
• Ability to communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with documentation in Confluence
• English: Upper-Intermediate

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and regular/ad-hoc reports
• Gather requirements and translate them into clear BI solutions
• Validate data quality and ensure report accuracy
• Automate reporting and data workflows using SQL
• Design and optimize database schemas and queries
• Configure BI tools (Tableau / Grafana / Power BI / Metabase)
• Set up automated exports (CSV / JSON / Parquet)
• Provide BI support, training, and documentation for internal teams
