SDR / Lead Generation

👋 Hello there! We at Cre8 Team are looking for a results-driven SDR / Upwork Lead Generator to join our growing team, and you might be the perfect fit!
 

👍 It will be a perfect match if you have:

• 1+ year of proven experience working as an SDR or Lead Generator, specifically on Upwork for an outsourcing company
• Experience in lead generation specifically for UX/UI design and/or development services
• Experience launching new marketplace accounts from scratch and ranking them on the first page of search results
• Experience in finding relevant projects, writing custom cover letters, qualifying leads via chat, gathering requirements for preliminary estimates, and converting them into calls with the Sales Manager
• Ability to identify client needs and effectively communicate the value of the company’s services based on those needs
• Experience setting up and optimizing tools like GigRadar, GetMany (or similar)
• Proficiency in CRM systems (Pipedrive, Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) to maintain a clean and organized pipeline
• Proven track record of creating regular reports on sales performance and lead generation metrics
• Strong understanding of sales metrics
• Confidence in using AI tools for researching prospects and personalizing outreach
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency (especially written) — you know how to write catchy, native-level proposals without robotic templates
• High attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and being a team player
• Self-organization, result-orientation, self-motivation, open-mindedness, and proactivity
• A passion for learning new things and self-improvement
   

👌 Also, it would be great if you have:

• Basic understanding of design terminology (Figma, Design Systems, Mobile/Web apps) to speak the same language as our clients
• Experience working with other platforms like Fiverr, Contra, Behance, or Dribbble
• Experience with LinkedIn outreach strategies and tools (Sales Navigator, LinkedHelper, etc.)
• Experience with data enrichment tools (e.g., Clay)
• Experience in defining and utilizing Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) to target the right audience
• Experience with email outreach tools (e.g., Lemlist, Apollo) and office suites (Google Workspace, MS Office, Notion)
