Web3/Crypto Personal Brand Manager

About the company

We are a Web3 / blockchain development company working with crypto startups, protocols, and ecosystems at different stages of growth.

Our team helps launch and scale Web3 products - from architecture and smart contracts to tokenomics, MVPs, and full-scale ecosystems.
 

At this stage, we are looking to systematically build and strengthen the personal brands of the company founders (CEO, CTO) on Twitter (X) and LinkedIn.

🎯 We are looking for a person who can:

• work with personal brands of founders in Web3
• create clear thoughts, insights, and positioning
• help founders appear as thinking leaders

The role is part-time, with flexible workload.
 

🧠 What we expect from the candidate

Required:

• 2+ years of relevant experience working with:
  • personal brands (founders / C-level)
  • Web3 / crypto / tech
• Proficiency in content creation, and copywriting
• Solid understanding of the Web3 ecosystem: DeFi, tokens, startups, funds, founders
• Practical experience working with Twitter (X) and LinkedIn
• Understanding of how Twitter and LinkedIn algorithms work
• Experience with networking through comments (thoughtful comments, discussions)
• Ability to write short, clear, and to the point
• Strong sense of personal brand tone of voice (not corporate branding)
• English level: B2 or higher, written
   

Nice to have:

• Experience working directly with founders or investors

• Managing founders’ Twitter (X) and LinkedIn accounts:
  • generating ideas for tweets and threads
  • writing and editing content
  • translating founders’ thoughts into clear posts
• Participating in discussions:
  • commenting under posts of other founders and C-level executives
  • networking on Twitter and LinkedIn
• Helping shape:
  • positioning
  • key themes
  • personal brand narrative
• Tracking what works and what doesn’t
• Tracking performance metrics and optimizing outreach strategies
