Project Manager / Business Analyst to $5500

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Business Analyst to manage projects end-to-end while translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
In this hybrid role, you’ll act as a key bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, track, and deliver projects on time and within defined scope
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and process flows
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and ensure clear communication across teams
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure feasibility and alignment
• Support QA activities, user training, and smooth project handover

Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Hands-on experience with PM & BA tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana, MS Project, Excel)
• Solid understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment
