Junior Project Manager, Ukraine

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to support our growing team. We're ready to review candidates with minimal working experience (up to 1 year) or after internship programs.

Requirements:

• At least upper-intermediate English

• Good time management skills

• Familiarity with PM methodologies (Agile, Scrum etc.) and processes.

• Experience with Jira and Confluence

• Experience with Google Workspace 

• Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and its phases.

• Proactive & problem-solving mindset

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Project Manager in their daily routine tasks across multiple projects

• Organize, prioritize, and manage supporting tasks to meet deadlines efficiently.

• Help monitor project milestones and address potential risks and issues.

• Preparing artifacts such as reports or presentations

Nice to have:

• Cloud Experience: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) or relevant certifications.

• Technical Background: Basic technical knowledge or experience that will help you better understand project complexities.
