Senior CRM Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a skilled Senior CRM Manager to lead end-to-end lifecycle marketing. If you understand user behavior in iGaming, mobile apps, or digital entertainment platforms, we’d love to connect.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns (email, push, SMS) across the full user lifecycle
  • Develop segmentation, personalization, retention, and reactivation strategies
  • Track and analyze KPIs (retention, churn, LTV), conduct A/B testing, and improve user flows
  • Collaborate with product, content, and design teams
  • Ensure campaigns align with responsible marketing practices and compliance standards

 

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in CRM or retention marketing (iGaming, fintech, or mobile apps)
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms
  • Strong analytical thinking and user-centric mindset
  • Experience in emerging markets is a strong advantage
