Account Manager
TurboStars is a multi-product IT company delivering fast, high-quality, and cutting-edge B2B solutions for the iGaming industry. We’re always on the lookout for our kind of people — and right now, we’re looking for the Account Manager to join our AM department 🚀
We're looking for someone who is able to oversee several projects, maintain clear and effective communication with clients, and be their guide around our iGaming platform
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience as an Account Manager in the iGaming industry
- Basic understanding of SDLC
- Experience with Google Sheets, CRM systems, and Atlassian products
- English B2 or higher
Responsibilities:
- Managing onboarding and launch of new clients
- Handling inquiries from existing clients
- Conducting training sessions and product demonstrations
- Ensuring timely information exchange within the team
- Maintaining internal documentation and preparing reports
- Creating and issuing client invoices
- Quality control of launched products
- Oversight of client requests and monitoring their implementation
Would be a plus:
- Previous experience with iGaming platforms
