Come Back Agency supports US software and technology companies by running their hiring process. We work with delivery and leadership teams to define roles, screen candidates, and manage interviews. Successful candidates are hired directly by the company and become part of its team.
This position is with a US-based software company providing custom development and AI implementation for North American clients. The team builds and maintains production software, including AI-enabled systems, and works in long-term client engagements.
Team members operate as part of an internal, distributed team and collaborate directly with client stakeholders.
Schedule: 10:00 AM - 18:00 PM Kyiv time
What we’re looking for
- At least 0,5 year of hands-on recruiting experience. You know how to spot real potential, not just keywords on a resume.
- Confidence using sourcing platforms like LinkedIn, DOU, Djinni, and beyond.
- Curiosity and persistence — you love the chase, and you know how to attract the right people through smart outreach.
- Strong organization and communication skills. You keep things moving, clearly and thoughtfully.
- A genuine interest in people. You listen, you notice, you care.
What you’ll be doing
- Proactively search for candidates who fit both the role and our culture.
- Review profiles and applications, conduct meaningful first conversations, and guide candidates through the process with care.
- Build real connections — you’ll be the first person candidates meet, and the one who sets the tone for what our company feels like.
- Keep our recruitment process organized, transparent, and human-centered.
- Create an experience where every candidate — whether hired or not — walks away with a positive impression of who we are.
