What Youβll Be Driving:
β Ensuring project delivery in line with deadlines and business requirements;
β Planning team activities and workload;
β Developing and maintaining internal documentation;
β Gathering and clarifying business and technical requirements;
β Leading Sport B2B product integrations with clients;
β Interacting with customers and managing their expectations;
β Managing a shared team of developers, QA engineers, and a Product Manager.
What Makes You a GR8 Fit:
β Experience in client communication (outsourcing or B2B IT company preferred);
β Understanding and practical experience with Agile approaches (Scrum, Kanban);
β Good understanding of SDLC;
β Ability to manage a few integration projects simultaneously;
β Understanding of change and expectations management;
β Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and GANTT charts;
β Excellent communication and organizational skills;
β At least Upper Intermediate English level.
