Product owner for Healthcare startup

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, goals, and roadmap.
• Gather and prioritize requirements from clinical, business, and technical stakeholders.
• Own and manage the product backlog: user stories, priorities, acceptance criteria.
• Ensure alignment between business needs, user experience, and technical constraints.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, QA, and delivery teams.
• Support sprint planning, reviews, and releases.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Measure product success using KPIs and user feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager in software projects.
• Experience working on healthcare, healthtech, or regulated products.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum product ownership.
• Ability to translate complex domain requirements into clear user stories.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong prioritization skills.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of healthcare standards and regulations 
• Experience working with clinicians or medical organizations.
• Background in UX or data-driven product development.
