Mobion is a cloud-based white-label platform for ride-hailing and corporate transport services. Launched in 2016 by Devart, it supports operators in 6+ countries and has handled over 20 million rides for 4M+ users and 500K drivers.  

Our ecosystem includes rider and driver apps, a real-time dispatch system, admin dashboards, and branded web portals — all backed by a secure, scalable Azure infrastructure. We offer both SaaS and franchise models to help partners grow fast across regions.

You will become part of a dynamic Mobion Product Team, where we value ownership, curiosity, and collaboration. Our team includes Product Owner Lead, Product Owners, Product designers, TechWriter, and Data Entry (Geo) specialists.  The team shares a strong feedback culture and a growth mindset — we don’t just build features, we solve real problems.  

 

Impact you will make    

Influence how over 500,000 users interact with mobility services every day — from first tap to trip completion.  

 

  • Own and execute the product vision for Client App, ensuring alignment with business strategy and growth goals. 
  • Define and evolve the product roadmap, balancing long-term strategy with fast, measurable impact. 
  • Identify and validate new product opportunities using data, user insights, and market trends. 
  • Own product outcomes: from discovery to delivery, from hypothesis to measurable results. 
  • Drive a high-quality product backlog and decision-making framework focused on business value, not output. 
  • Partner closely with Engineering and UX to deliver intuitive, scalable, and high-impact user experiences. 
  • Lead data-driven product development: KPIs, experimentation, A/B tests, and behavioral analysis. 
  • Turn user and stakeholder feedback into clear product bets and priorities. 
  • Communicate product direction, progress, and results to leadership and cross-functional teams. 
  • Build strong cross-team alignment and resolve complex stakeholder trade-offs. 

     

Skills we are looking for     

  • 2+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering successful digital products.  
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field. Certifications in Scrum (CSPO, PSPO), Agile methodologies, or Product Management (e.g., Reforge) are a plus.    
  • English – Intermediate and above.  
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).  
  • Experience in writing clear, well-structured user stories and acceptance criteria.  
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize product backlogs.  
  • Basic knowledge of UX/UI principles and user-centered design.  
  • Strong stakeholder communication and requirements-gathering skills.  
  • Hands-on experience working with cross-functional development teams.  
  • Ability to define, track, and analyze product KPIs.  
  • Experience with data-driven decision-making, including A/B testing and experimentation.  
  • Strong skills in market research and competitive analysis.  
  • Experience in product roadmap planning and execution.  
  • Basic financial acumen, including budgeting and cost-awareness in product development.  
  • Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration at an organizational level.  
  • Experience in defining and communicating long-term product vision and strategy.
