IT Talent Sourcer, Ukraine

We are looking for a highly motivated, proactive and positive-thinker IT Talent Sourcer to join our team.

Responsibilities and daily tasks:

  • Close cooperation with Head of TA and Hiring Managers on effective sourcing strategies for open roles;

  • Active sourcing for open positions using different tools and techniques;

  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines in the company’s ATS system;

  • Neat and accurate database tracking;

  • Support candidate communication and ensure a smooth initial engagement experience;

  • Salary map tracking, other data or analytical reviews that can be helpful in recruitment process;

  • Contributing in employer brand building.


Qualification & Experience:

  • Proven track record of successful IT talent sourcing experience, ideally 1-2 years;

  • Strong experience with different sourcing channels, techniques and tools (LinkedIn, Djinni, Github, job boards, professional communities, telegram channels, Boolean and X-ray search);

  • Understanding of different position profiles (DevOps, BA, PM, Software Engineers etc)

  • Experience working with different markets and locations (Ukraine, Europe, Canada, US) - nice to have;

  • Experience working with ATS (ideally People Force);

  • Higher education in psychology, management or related fields; 

  • English - B2+

  • High motivation to work with people and sincere interest in them;

  • Attention to details, accuracy;

  • Strong orientation on result, proactiveness;

  • Ability to work in multitasking environments and prioritize tasks;
