IT Talent Sourcer/Recruiter
We are looking for a highly motivated, proactive and positive-thinker IT Talent Sourcer to join our team.

Responsibilities and daily tasks:
- Close cooperation with Head of TA and Hiring Managers on effective sourcing strategies for open roles;
- Active sourcing for open positions using different tools and techniques;
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines in the company’s ATS system;
- Neat and accurate database tracking;
- Support candidate communication and ensure a smooth initial engagement experience;
- Salary map tracking, other data or analytical reviews that can be helpful in recruitment process;
- Contributing in employer brand building.
Qualification & Experience:
- Proven track record of successful IT talent sourcing experience, ideally 1-2 years;
- Strong experience with different sourcing channels, techniques and tools (LinkedIn, Djinni, Github, job boards, professional communities, telegram channels, Boolean and X-ray search);
- Understanding of different position profiles (DevOps, BA, PM, Software Engineers etc)
- Experience working with different markets and locations (Ukraine, Europe, Canada, US) - nice to have;
- Experience working with ATS (ideally People Force);
- Higher education in psychology, management or related fields;
- English - B2+

- Strong orientation on result, proactiveness;
- Ability to work in multitasking environments and prioritize tasks;
