About you:

— 2+ years of experience as Head of Growth / Growth Lead
— strong hands-on background in Meta (Facebook Ads)
— experience working with Tier-1 GEOs (US, CA, UK, AU, NZ, EU)
— proven experience building and leading performance teams
— deep understanding of the e-commerce / app ecosystem
— fluent English
