HR Manager

We are growing fast and expanding our commercial team 🚀

Empat is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Manager / People Operations Specialist to join us and take ownership of day-to-day office, people, and internal operations.
You’ll play a key role in creating a comfortable, well-organized working environment, supporting employees throughout their lifecycle, and ensuring that internal processes run smoothly. If you enjoy structure, multitasking, and making things work better for people — this role is for you.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and organizing team-building activities and company events (celebrations, corporate events, internal activities);
  • Organizing office days, including logistics, equipment, and small workspace improvements;
  • Managing office improvements and coordinating with external vendors and contractors;
  • Managing inventory and ordering equipment for employees;
  • Collecting and organizing onboarding documentation, creating employee profiles in PeopleForce, Slack, and Notion, and granting access rights;
  • Maintaining and supporting the internal knowledge base in Notion;
  • Managing and updating the company profile on DOU;
  • Administering and maintaining the PeopleForce system;
  • Generating ideas, ordering, and distributing corporate gifts;
  • Managing HR-related budgets;
  • Payroll calculation and processing;
  • Working with internal systems and CRM tools to keep data accurate and up to date.

What we expect from you:

  • 2+ years of experience in office management, event management, or HR / People Operations (experience in the IT industry is a strong plus);
  • Upper-Intermediate+ English level (must-have);
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail;
  • Empathy, strong communication skills, and the ability to truly listen to people;
  • High level of responsibility, structure, and a proactive mindset;
  • Ability to multitask and enjoy working in a dynamic environment;
  • Experience working in companies with 200–500 employees (a strong plus);
  • Experience working with CRM systems and internal tools.

We offer:

  • A high-impact role with full deal ownership and visible influence on company growth;
  • A strong inbound pipeline with qualified leads — your focus is closing, not chasing;
  • Opportunity to work in a fast-growing company ranked in the top 2% of its market;
  • Minimal bureaucracy and fast, transparent decision-making;
  • Direct exposure to international clients and global markets;
  • A flexible, results-driven culture built on trust, not micromanagement;
  • Medical insurance;
  • Open communication, regular feedback, and real support from colleagues;
  • Fair and transparent compensation;
  • Trial period of approximately 2 months with clear expectations and room to prove yourself;
  • Team events, fun parties, online activities, picnics, and more.
